Your oraganization/department may sign up to have a poster hung in the kiosks for up to 10 days. However, date dependent, posters may remain up for longer if the space is available. Events and services advertised on posters hung in the kiosks must be open to the entire Syracuse University student body and community. Additionally, posters must include date, time, location, sponsoring organization, SA Funding, More to Do at SU logo or Pulse logo (if applicable) and be inclusive and non-harassing of the Syracuse University student body and community.
SCPS staff are not responsible for the poster or its return. However, every effort will be made to return a poster to the sponsoring organization or group upon the conclusion of the event. Only employees of SCPS may add or remove posters from the kiosks.
This Kiosk Reservation Request does not guarantee that the space for your poster will be available. This form will be processed within FIVE working days, at which time confirmation status can be given. Student Centers and Programming Services reserves the right to refuse a request that does not allow FIVE working days for processing. Student Centers and Programming Services also reserves the right to reassign banner space in order to accommodate a different or larger group. Submission of this form indicates agreement to the above conditions and to all guidelines set by the SCPS.
Only large "mega-posters"; produced by Schine Copy Center and/or Community Darkroom may be placed in the kiosks. Any exceptions to this policy must be addressed in writing to Anthony Otero, Assistant Director, Student Centers & Programming Services.
