This Banner Request Form is for banners that are going to be hung in front of the main entrance of the Schine Student Center. The banner needs to be given to the Assistant Director of Operations 2 days before date of your request. Banners can be hung for a maximum of 2 weeks, when NOT related to an event. Event related banners can be hung for a maximum of 1 week.

This Banner Reservation Request form does not guarantee the space to hang the banner will be available. This form will be processed within FIVE working days, at which time confirmation status can be given. Student Centers and Programming Services reserves the right to refuse a request that does not allow FIVE working days for processing. Student Centers and Programming Services also reserves the right to reassign banner space in order to accommodate a different or larger group. Submission of this form indicates agreement to the above conditions and to all guidelines set by the SCPS.
