Student Center Atrium Use

Requests for tables in the atrium's of the student centers are generally more than can be accommodated. With this high demand, activities will be limited to the following:

1) A Maximum of THREE (3) APPEARENCES per month in the Atrium, including shared dates.

2) Information Distribution by Recognized Student Organizations and University Departments.

3) Fundraising is permissible, see fundraising policy and form. This is not the correct paperwork to request fundraising.

Please Note:

Recognized Student Organization/University Department must be present within (1) hour from scheduled time. Otherwise, Student Centers and Programming Services reserve's the right to reassign the table.
Reasonable noise, such as radios are allowed in Schine during 12noon and 1:30PM, and in Goldstein from 5PM to 9PM.
The Student Centers and Programming Services Administration asks that any possible controversial displays be confirmed by our office.
