$36 / Hour

Production Fee:
Event and Technical Service (ETS) Labor Fee

$65 / Hour

Production fee includes:
- staffing required for set-up, breakdown, and production
- all necessary equipment required based on event type as defined by SCPS

Required Fire Safety and Public Safety staffing to be itemized separately

Events that will require a building to open early or stay open late will be assessed $25/hour for the hours requested outside of the normal operating hours of the building.

Cancellation Policy

SCPS requires 72 hours (three business days) notice prior to a reservation for cancellation without penalty. If a reservation is canceled with less than three business day’s notice the sponsor is responsible for the cost of the room rental associated with their reservation.

Reservations classified as Rain Locations are subject to 24 hours notice for cancellation without penalty. Reservations in SCPS spaces must be tied to Outdoor Space reservations to be classified as Rain Locations. Any reservation not meeting the criteria is subject to the general cancellation policy.

This Room Reservation does not guarantee the requested room. This form will be processed within THREE working days, at which time confirmation status can be given. Student Centers and Programming Services reserves the right to refuse a request that does not allow THREE business days for processing. Student Centers and Programming Services also reserves the right to reassign space in order to accommodate a different or larger group. It is the sponsor's responsibility to pay for any damages incurred in room(s) that have been reserved. The undersigned submition indicates agreement to the above conditions and to all guidelines set by the University.
