CAPS Customer Service Program




We are proud to share the SCPS customer service philosophy through the program CAPS: Communication, Appearance, Problem-Solving.  This program is designed to enhance our customer’s experiences through the consistent delivery of quality service by SCPS students and professional staff.  As representatives of both SCPS and Syracuse University, we are all ambassadors to provide the utmost in quality service in our everyday work experiences.

This program is highlighted throughout our student employment program with our CAPS logo on the back of every staff shirt.  We also have specific standards for each piece of the program.  These standards are the product of both the staff and our students working together to establish how service is to be delivered.
